Ol Fosse d'Outh, "the beam along the Ourthe". The nature and the freshness of our Ardennes smell good. Here the contact with the nature is intense. Our institution answers the specific needs of the demanding seminarians who absolutely need work, change of scenery, relaxation, service and low-cost budget. As far as the housing is concerned, we have 300 rooms (with TV and telephone) at our disposal : We can welcome groups of 800 persons.

Lunch is EUR 13 per adult and EUR 8 for children up to the age of 11 years. Dinner is EUR 15 per adult and EUR 8 for children up to the age of 11 years. Buffet Ardennais (only on Friday evening, including drinks) is EUR 19 per adult and EUR 8 for children up to the age of 11 years.
Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 3.50 per child under 11 years.
No deposit will be charged.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Pets are not allowed.
Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.20 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
